Description
(Cucurbita maxima) A beautiful, dark green-grey, heavily warted Hubbard squash with a sweet, nutty, fine textured, orange-yellow flesh. The fruits average between 6 and 7 kg and yields are good on the vigorous, sprawling, indeterminate vines. Medium maturing, good holding and storage ability and perfect for processing/canning, baking and pies. Average water needs. An excellent choice for home gardeners with a little bit of space and market growers. Attractive to bees and butterflies. 105-115 days.
