Description
(Brassica rapa) Large Napa type Chinese cabbages with dense, cylindrical, leafy heads growing to 45cm tall and 10cm across. Crisp, green and white leaves and stems are very tender and delicious. Flavour is a bit more subtle than familiar head cabbages. Used in stir-fry dishes, pickling, a variety of Asian dishes and is just perfect for coleslaw. Plants prefer cool weather, full sun and rich to average garden soil. An excellent choice for home gardens. 75 days.
