Description

(Capsicum annuum) A famous pepper going by a variety of names including Bishops Hat and Orchid Pepper. Bears unusually shaped pods shaped much like a hat. Unique bell- shaped fruits about 8cm across with 3 or 4 flat squaretipped wings. Sturdy 90-120cm plants. Thin crunchy flesh, wings are sweet and flavourful but the seeds and placenta are extremely hot. 90-100 days from transplant.
